How MODE works
MODE stays deliberately small. Instead of asking recipients to infer the sender’s intention afterwards, it makes the message mode explicit before the email is sent.

Your email stays your email.
MODE does not read the email body or attachments.
To do its job, MODE reads and updates the subject, uses a small MODE header, and on received messages checks only the To/Cc role needed to know whether the signal applies to you. No message body or attachment content is sent to DraftMode.

MODE can also be activated through Impact Points earned through verified positive impact. That lets people use MODE even where normal payment is difficult, while keeping the same product and the same entitlement level.
Company and MODE Internal price = max(€99, €0.50 × stated total employee headcount). MODE Internal is delivered as a self-hosted package after successful payment. Purchases are processed by Stripe when payment is configured. MODE does not send email body content to DraftMode.
FAQ
Do recipients need MODE?
No. The visible subject marker is readable by any recipient, even without the add-in.
What is paid?
The sender-side ability to apply MODE is the paid capability. Understanding a received MODE email should remain open.
Where do I buy it?
MODE can be discovered through Microsoft Marketplace, but licensing happens through DraftMode so pricing can stay simple and flexible.
Does MODE read my email content?
MODE reads only the limited metadata it needs to work: the subject, its MODE header, and on received messages the To/Cc role needed to determine whether the signal applies to you. It does not read the email body or attachments, and it does not send message body or attachment content to DraftMode.
