These release-candidate terms describe the intended MODE licensing model before the final public-sale legal text is completed.
Individual license
€19 per year for one person, tied to the licensed email identity.
Company license
€0.50 per stated total employee per year, with a minimum annual fee of €99. The company license is intended for unlimited internal users within the licensed organization domain. The purchaser is responsible for providing an accurate current employee headcount at purchase and renewal.
Impact Points
An eligible user may receive the same individual MODE functionality through an approved Impact Points redemption. Impact Points access does not create a cash claim against DraftMode and does not change MODE's software functionality.
Service
MODE is an email productivity add-in. Subject signals are advisory communication metadata; MODE does not guarantee that recipients will act, reply, decide, or meet a due date. Availability may depend on Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Marketplace, Netlify, Stripe, and other platform services.
Before public sale
This page must be completed with DraftMode's formal legal entity details, applicable tax/VAT information, cancellation/renewal terms, governing law, and consumer-rights wording appropriate to the markets in which MODE is sold.
